Data Deletion Request
This page explains how to request deletion of personal data that LEXSHMI DHURGE (operator of the CRMxDream platform, "we", "us", "our") holds about you, including any data obtained through Google (when you connect a Google account) or Facebook / Meta (when you connect a Page or sign in with Facebook).
1. How to request deletion
Email us at prakashravichandran@outlook.com from the email address associated with your account (or +91 89399 22662) with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include enough detail for us to identify your data, such as your account email, organization name, and — if applicable — the connected Google or Facebook account / Business name.
2. What we delete
- Your account profile and login information.
- Data and tokens we obtained from Google (e.g., Google Ads / Search Console OAuth tokens) and from Facebook / Meta (Page access tokens and lead records retrieved via the Meta Lead Ads integration).
- Lead and CRM records associated with your account, subject to the limits below.
3. Removing a connection yourself
You can revoke our app's access at any time. For Google: Google Account → Security → Third-party access, then remove "CRMxDream". For Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites), then remove "CRMxDream". Revoking access stops further data retrieval; to also delete data already stored, send us a deletion request as described above.
4. Timeframe
We acknowledge deletion requests promptly and complete verified deletions within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
5. Data held on behalf of a customer
If your information was provided to us by a CRMxDream customer (for example, you are a lead captured by an agency using our platform), that customer is the data controller. We will refer your request to them or act on their instruction, in line with our Privacy Policy.
